A custom build didn't add up. So we built it as partners.
What did BrightDot build for Bellhopping?
A premium travel business had access to the Sabre GDS and premium hotel benefits, but outdated, slow technology. A custom build wasn't financially viable, so we partnered up and built the entire platform together.
They had the access. Not the technology.
Sabre GDS access, for live rates and hotel inventory.
Premium hotel benefits for its members.
Outdated, slow technology, and a custom build wasn't financially viable.
From a partnership to the entire platform
What we built
One partnership, the entire platform.
We shaped the product, made the technical calls, assembled the engineers and built it: the booking platform on the Sabre GDS, Bellhopping for travelers with its agency admin for advisors, and an API and MCP server for AI agents.
The booking experience
Live rates, with the benefits built in.
Bellhopping is a premium hotel booking experience on Daleko: live rates from the Sabre GDS, with member benefits shown on every hotel that offers them.

Web and mobile
One product, on desktop and phone.
We built the public site, member benefits, destinations and the travel atlas for both.
Traveler management
Booking operations
Commission summary
Advisor search
For travel advisors
An agency admin, for the people who sell travel.
Advisors search hotels on behalf of their travelers, and manage travelers, bookings and commissions in one place.
Architecture
One platform, three interfaces. One is for AI agents.
Daleko runs Bellhopping, for travelers and, through Bellhopping's agency admin, for travel advisors. Its API and MCP server let software and AI agents search and book hotels.
The outcome
Live since June 2026. A hotel search went from 30–60 seconds to 8.
Bellhopping serves a premium market, where the experience is what clients pay for. On the old system a search took up to a minute, and that was costing them clients. Now they can serve them properly.
Since launch we've added direct booking management, rate and hotel comparison, notifications, and a voice agent with memory, now in beta.
